We are running DHL express on most shipments leaving Nisnas Industries. This means that packages leaving us will get to you in a couple of days with smart tracking number. Why are we doing this? Well, we are seeing super slow and unreliable shipping from eCommerce shipping suppliers, we decided to use the most reliable service possible which is DHL Express.
Most packages sail through customs without any duty, but some are selected by chance and the recipient gets hit with a duty fee. We have a dedicated team to work through customs issues in most countries and sweat the details on this but since we can’t account for every customs agent, if you live in a place that is known for customs issues, we can’t vouch for every possibility an extra charge If you are an international customer and receive a tracking number when we ship, track your package daily to make sure it doesn’t get hung up in the system and returned to us.

Return Policy and Return Form –
While we carefully inspect each item before shipping, due to the natural variations in wood and leather, some minor imperfections may occur. These natural materials require proper care and maintenance, and damage resulting from neglect or misuse is not covered under our warranty.
We accept returns only for items that arrive with significant defects or damage that affects functionality. We do not accept returns for items that show wear and tear from regular use or improper care.
If you believe your item is defective upon arrival, please contact us with details, including photos, so we can assess the issue.

The oak tumbler acts the same way that a cask does only for a short time. Much of the
affect of the tumbler comes from the aroma and feel of the oak. When drinking from the
oak tumbler the tastes and aroma are blended with a subtle oak tone.

All our leather is full grain Italian cow hide. We only use the best and always made by
hand.
The Kole flask holds 2.2 fl oz. If you want a larger flask, try the Uppercut flask at 6 fl oz.
The Oak tumbler does indeed come with a small packet of wax, if you require more, we
