We will gladly accept returns if the item is damaged in any way. We do not accept return if
the item is heavily used and the damage is caused by repeated use that exceeds standard
daily usage for a bag, flask or any other item.
We are very communicative and would love to see firsthand the issue you have as it could
help us learn about issues the item might have and help us with future customers.
In most cases we send items free from us to replace any damaged piece.
